  1. All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
  2. All payments are to be made in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) only.
  3. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  4. Early Bird rates apply only to bookings fully paid on or before 17 February 2026.
  5. Any additional guests added after the Early Bird period will be charged at the normal rate and require full payment.
  6. Cancellations within 5 days from the reserved dining date are non-refundable.
  7. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  8. The Sajian Warisan Buffet is available from 25 February 2026 to 17 March 2026, subject to availability.
  9. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
