The RuMa Hotel and Residences. Gift Vouchers can be used for accommodation*, dining, UR SPA** or barber**

  1. To redeem the voucher, reservation must be made in advance by calling +603 2778 0888 or email reservations@theruma.com.
  2. Black-out dates apply for use on accommodation.
  3. This voucher must be presented upon check-in or prior to placing your order.
  4. The entire value of the voucher must be used in a single receipt.
  5. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in whole. Should amount payable exceed the amount stipulated on the gift voucher, the balance payable should be paid either in cash, credit or debit card.
  6. Expired vouchers will not be valid and there is strictly no extension of the voucher validity upon expiry.
  7. Voucher is non-replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, tampered with or otherwise misappropriated or fraudulently used.
  8. The RuMa Hotel KL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the validity of any Voucher and to declare null and void and charge full price, any Voucher that in our opinion has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with, or which is suspected to have been misappropriated or fraudulently obtained or used.
  9. The RuMa Hotel KL Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or edit the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
