  3. Cakes are available for pick-up only.
  4. All orders must be collected within 1 hour of the stipulated collection time. Customers will be notified via email or phone when item is ready to be collected.

  6. Vouchers are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, tampered with or otherwise misappropriated or fraudulently used.
